How to Delete Hierarchy Configuration

Cause
To start new content.

Resolution
*Warning: Loss of Data
Performing this operation permanently removes configuration content from the system.  Ensure this operation is necessary before proceeding.  This procedure cannot be undone.


To delete the configuration content:

1. Open a Command Prompt window and navigate to:  ...\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\Bin
2. Type HierarchyConfig.exe delete config.  Type 'yes' when prompted.

To confirm the deletion, open Hierarchy Manager. There should be no hierarchy content displayed.

Note: This delete process does not remove virtual meters. To delete virtual meters, use Hierarchy Manager.
