Resolution:
In EcoStruxure Machine Expert-Basic / SoMachine Basic programming software, the Elapsed Time for a Timer (%TM) block is stored in %TMx.V, where x is the timer instance number starting from 0. This value is a Read-only value.
The value will be in the same time format as the Timer block's programmable Time base unit (1ms, 10ms, 100s, 1s, or 1min) .
