Resolution:
Form C6 is an ON-OFF selector switch. This is a suffix added to a contactor or starter part number to indicate that the On-Off selector is factory installed.

For a field installable option, a 9999SC22 can be purchased for NEMA 1 Enclosed starters.

For other enclosure ratings and combination starters, a 9001KS11BH13 can be purchased for an On-Off switch.
