EV station shows "Wiring Problem" message

Issue:
EV Station error message on power up

Product Line:

Environment:
EV Charging Station installation

Cause:
The unit's power meter requires the same phase assignment for the left and right charging ports.

Resolution:
The message displayed on the screen (LEFT or RIGHT) indicates the side of the station where the incoming power lines should be swapped.
The phase arrangement of L1-L2 must be the same as that of L3-L4.
Systems using 208Y should arrange breakers accordingly to ensure correct phase usage.
