Problem:

When trying to setup a Flow Run with Realflo v6.91.2 to perform Liquid Calculations, RealFlo doesn't report any errors with the entered parameters. When attempting to load the configuration to the flow computer, the download halts with a message indicating "Liquid Calculation was unsuccessful.' No additional explanation from RealFLO is provided to indicate what is wrong with the configuration.

Findings:

RealFLO was not properly identifying an invalid parameter outside of range. The API standards for liquid measurements are listed below.

API Standard: Temperature, Pressure and Density Limits.

A future release of RealFlo should have the user interface warn of parameters outside of range.
