What are the repair parts for a QMB334TW switch ?

Resolution:
The QMB334TW with Class T fuses is obsolete with no replacement parts available. Suggest to replace the switch with a QMJ364T switch,  for J fuses, and a QMB1BLW  1.5" filler plate
