How can we help you today?

While upgrading Twido firmware it displays hardware ID as 0X00000000. What could be the reason for this?

Twido
There are two possibilities for this problem.
1. The head of the firmware was damaged, so it couldn’t recognize the hardware ID of the PLC and the firmware couldn’t be loaded.
2. The hardware was damaged, maybe the MCU or the memory.
For these two possibilities, customer can't do anything but only replace the PLC.
