Cause
User would like to:
- clear all the accumulated energy values and custom device quantities
- clear meter logged data, events, and waveform logs
- clear COMTRADE waveform records from FTP site
Resolution
In order to perform a master reset on the PM8000 follow steps or video below:
- Open ION Setup
- Connect to the PM8000 meter
- Select Setup Assistant
- Select Verification
- Select Normal Mode or Display as shown below
- Select Master Reset
