Resolution:
No, these RFID (radio frequency interface device) units required authentication cards to access the power. Order EVRFIDHP for the handheld programming needed to program the authentication cards into the charger. Order EVRFIDKF10 for a package of ten authentication cards.

NOTE:
As of July 1st, 2017, Schneider Electric has stopped its electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) business under the EVlink brand for the UL market (Canada, USA, Mexico).
Spare parts for equipment will be available for a minimum of 7 years.
