Why do the Quantum high end CPU Eth Coprocessor and the 140NOE, when they ioscan the same DIO toward %I, end with reversed result

20 years ago, the 2 products were designed differently, one is little endian while the other is big endian.
the customer is advised to always store the ioscan result in %MW instead of %I not to face this issue.
