What can cause a CF12 fault [Download transfer fault] on an ATV212 drive?
Issue:
CF12 fault [Download transfer fault] on an ATV212 drive.
Environment:
All models and serial numbers
Cause:
The download transfer fault can be caused by parameter F807 not being set to 0.
Resolution:
Parameter F807 selects the communication channel. The two choices are 0 [RJ45] and 1 [Open style]. The default setting is 1. If SoMove or the IPAD app is being used to configure the drive parameter F807, then it must be set to 0.
