How can we help you today?

I use MSTR function block in my M1E to communicate with the M580 CPU. The MSTR block now returns an error 6003 for every attempted transaction. What to do

The M580 behaviour has changed with firmware release v1.13, due to a required change in the Ethernet connection management.
Although the MSTR DONE output is not set, the data being requested or transmitted will be completed.

In the M1E the bottom input of the MSTR can be used to keep the network connection open and will then generate the expected DONE output for each MSTR transaction.
