Video: Is a replacement CQO, QO, CHOM, and Homeline load center directory label available, the same as provided from the factory?

Article available in these languages: Spanish

Issue:

Design repair parts

Product Line:
QO and Homeline Load Centers

Resolution:
The original directory label that is provided with the load centers from the factory cannot be obtained, due to the label containing the UL or CSA manifest (or mark).
But Square D offers a couple generic directory labels for the CQO, QO, CHOM, and Homeline load centers and combination service entrance devices that would be a replacement for the original.

The first generic label is part number LSDL, this label contains lines/numbers of 1-42 circuits,  it is sold in multiples of 50 and measures 10-3/4" high x 2-3/4" wide and has a peel-off backing.
The second generic label is part number 4026568602, this label contains lines/numbers of 1-60 circuits, it is sold individually and measures approximately 12" high x 3-1/4" wide and has a peel-off backing.

A variety of directory card labels can also be found in the Download Center:
