I cannot see any data on Test Harness Simulator or Master Scada While configuring the data points and if I configure all unlocated variables in the BMXNOR0200H webpage.

Resolution:
Check and enabled the Data dictionary option when you program the PLC application.
Otherwise, unlocated variables may not be mapped to RTU data points.
Tools → Project Settings → General → PLC embedded data.
