How do I stop my C-Series charge controller from producing RF interference at certain frequencies?

Issue:
C-Series charge controller producing EMI or RFI at specific frequencies

Product Line:
C-Series charge controllers

Environment:
RFI / EMI sensitive environments, such as near radio antennas

Cause:
The C-Series charge controller family uses pulse width modulation circuitry, which can produce RFI and EMI noise at specific frequencies.

Resolution:
Twist each pair of cables attached to the wiring terminals, such as the battery connections, to reduce or eliminate the noise.

If the noise continues to be an issue, the charge controller may need to be moved physically away from the sensitive equipment.
