PME 8.1 - Tabular Report failed to display duplicate data in a certain condition

Issue
Tabular Report in PME 8.0 would allow to select only one measurement while the same report in PME 8.1 would allow to select multiple measurements. This causes a problem that Tabular Report in PME 8.1 would fail to display duplicate data when both the following conditions are met,

1) Source must have two or more duplicate rows (i.e. three or more rows at the same timestamp with same values, source id, measurement id)

2) The row values must be null

Note: Multiple sources or measurements are not required.

Resolution
Unselect the radio button "Select duplicates" Yes  (use No)
Remove the duplicate data from the database which have the conditions mentioned above.

This is issue has been resolved in Version 8.2 and newer.

Recommendation
