Resolution
The Dwyer 626 is a 3-wire connection which will requires it's own power supply.
The - (negative of M221) goes to the common and + (positive of M221) goes the white.  See below for more information:

The receiver would be the M221 in this case.

M221 Analog Input +/-10V
