Since Unity Pro V10 a tool has been implemented which allows to manage Unity Pro Variables in Excel. It is the Unity Variables Management tool. It is delivered with Unity Pro V10, but can be used also for older version of Unity Pro.
It is working with XSY export which contains all variables.
