How to realize the data reset in case of slave power off with XXMIT communication

Question:
How to realize the data reset in case of slave power off with XXMIT communication?

Answer:
Regarding the xxmit communication,  the data remains the last good one in case of communication error. In case of power off of modbus slave, the xxmit would retry the connections based on RETRYLMT pin. Then the STATUS should report 116 which means  “Modbus response message time-out”

For customer's requirement, he has to use this error status (116) to clean the input registers buffer by application logic.
