How do I change the Motor Control Type on an ATV61 / ATV71 series drive?

ATV61 and ATV71 series drives.
Environment:
All models, All serial numbers
Cause:
Customer unable to find answer in current literature.
Resolution:
With the drive powered and in RDY state (no run command present), press Escape until you are in the main menu with Drive Menu highlighted.
Press Enter at drive menu and scroll down to menu 1.4, Motor Control.
Press Enter and scroll down to parameter Motor Control Type, then press Enter.
There will be several options available. The ATV71 series drive has more options available than the ATV61 series as it can operate in closed loop mode if an encoder is being used.
