Machine Expert - Basic and M221 controller : Why the SEND_RECV_ SMS function block returns CommError: 255 with OperError: 16?
Meaning of OperError Codes 16 and 17 when CommError Code is 255 (Message refused):
Solution:
16 : Write the phone number list with international notation, example: for 0518497647 use 33518497647 where 33 is the international code number of the country.
17 : The received message must be the same as the one configured (Case sensitive).
| Value | Description |
| 16 | The phone number in the received message does not match with the list of approved numbers (whitelist). |
| 17 | The received message does not match with any message in the command list. Issued only if the sender phone number matches an entry in the list of approved numbers (whitelist). |
