EPMS means Energy and Power Monitoring System. In specifications, this may sometimes be referred to as “Electrical Power Monitoring Systems” in Section 26 09 13. EPMS systems & software offer a unique blend of power management features (real-time monitoring, alarming, power quality etc.) and energy management (energy visualization dashboards, reports etc.) EPMS systems are particularly useful for critical facilities with a sizeable electrical infrastructure such as data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, large campuses etc.
