When do the heatsink fans run on the ATV61 / ATV71 series drives?

Heat sink fan operation differs depending on the frame size of the drive:
- for size 2 to 5B drives, fans start when the drive thermal state reaches a temperature level --> THD parameter = 70%.  The fans turns off when drive thermal state is less than 60%
- for size 6 to 8 drives and 690V range drives, the fans run when the run command is given or when the drive thermal is greater than or equal to 70% and turns off when the drive thermal is less than 60% and runs for 1 minute after the run command is removed.
- for size 9 to 15 drives and 690V range drives, the fans run when the run command is given or when the drive thermal is greater than or equal to 70% and turns off when the drive thermal is less than 60% and runs for 10 minutes after the run command is removed.

For example, an ATV61HD18M3X drive (size 6), the heatsink fan starts when a Run command is given.
