How do I unsync my Wiser Air Thermostat from another account ?
1. A factory reset would need to be performed. Please see the following steps:
- On the bottom of the thermostat there is a small hole.
- Insert a paper clip firmly pressing for about 30 seconds.
- When the factory reset is initiated, Wiser Air Preparing your experience will be displayed on the screen.
- Reboot time may vary depending upon your internet speeds.
