ENM installer for PowerScadaExpert starts at the configure mode without first setting up the install

Issue
User is trying to install ENM on a system that had previously had ENM however was not uninstalled correctly. When trying to run the installer, the installer will jump straight to the configure section without first copying the required files.

Environment
ENM was uninstalled on the system however not all content from the registry was removed properly.

Resolution
*Warning: This article contains information about editing the registry. Improper changes to the registry can permanently damage the operating system. Always backup the registry before making any changes.*

1) Locate the GUID for the ENM installer, this is located in the Setup.xml file with the main Setup.exe. For ENM 8.3.1 the GUID is A589F28D-B065-475A-AAD7-A7AD713E62C5
2) Open Regedit and search for the GUID, this will likely be found in HKEY_Local_machine\Software\Wow6432Node\Schneider Electric\Installer
3) Backup the key then delete the key from the registry
4) Re-run the installer
