Issue:
When trying to open Management Console in PME 8.0 after a new install and this error message pops up
Error Message:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Licensing.licensemanager, Version = 1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its

Cause:
Licensing.LicenseManager.resources.dll and Licensing.LicenseManager.dll was not copied to the three following folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Web\bin
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin
C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system\ReportDataService\bin
Resolution:
To fix this problem Copy Licensing.LicenseManager.resources.dll and Licensing.LicenseManager.dll from one of the existing folders on the computer PME is installed on. (search the three foldrers above to copy both files) and then paste into each of the three folders. Each folder should have both files in them.
