Per the Low Voltage Distribution Transformers Catalog 7400CT1501, page 11 provided the core loss from No Load to Full Load
No Load: 328 watts
1/6 load = 445 watts /1517 BTUs/Hr
1/4 load = 590 watts / 2014 BTUs/Hr:
1/2 load = 1378 watts / 4700 BTUs/Hr:
3/4 load = 2689 watts / 9176 BTUs/Hr:
Full watts = 4526 watts / 15443  BTUs/Hr.
