What causes Concept Modbus connection error 'OL9-1501 Timed out waiting for response from controller'.

Troubleshooting:
  • If configured for MB RTU mode, switch to ASCII mode. Put switch in ASCII position and connect to MB1 with ASCII 7, 1, even.
  • If using USB converter, turn off wireless card , if present.
  • Disable AB drivers
  • Confirm pinout of Modbus cable.
MB parameters correct?  9600, 8, 1, even
