Issue
When attempting to open an ION 7400 meter in Designer, a "Default template is missing" message appears and all of the modules are arranged as follows:

Cause
The registry is pointing to the following folder for the default ION7400 node diagram for Designer: <PME installation folder>\system\Diagrams\nd\7400_FAC-PQ-61850-4WYE_V1.0.1
The default diagram in that folder is supposed to have the same name as the folder.  However, in PME 8.1, it got installed under the name 7400_FAC-PQ-61850-4WYE_V1.0.0.cfg (i.e. it ends in 1.0.0 instead of 1.0.1).

Please Note: This was fixed in PME version 8.2.

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).

1) Navigate to <PME installation folder>\system\Diagrams\nd\7400_FAC-PQ-61850-4WYE_V1.0.1
2) Open the folder and rename the default ION7400 node diagram from 7400_FAC-PQ-61850-4WYE_V1.0.0.cfg to be 7400_FAC-PQ-61850-4WYE_V1.0.1.cfg
3) Find the name of the device that user has given to ION 7400 meter and locate the node diagram within the <PME installation folder>\config\diagrams\nd folder
4) Delete any node diagrams that were created for the ION7400 Device within the <PME installation folder>\config\diagrams\nd folder
5) Reopen the ION7400 Device in Designer so that Designer can generate a new node diagram for it.
