My140CPU53414A is stuck in de-fragmentation mode. Is there any way to terminate this operation?

You will need to perform a power cycle on the CPU to terminate the operation.

This issue was fixed with the introduction of executive version 1.44E for CPUx341x. You should reflash the CPU to prevent this problem from re-appearing.
