What can I do if the the Source IP address has a "loop back IP address" of 127.0.0.1 even the network card is connected in Unity V11?

The root cause is that Master DTM is unable to get the list of IP address and displayed in Combo box , Hence DTM does not have any valid IP address, it greys out the combo box.
Issue comes from windows API.   WINDOW Hotfix (435895_intl_x64_zip.exe) is attached to solve this issue.
