How do I mount an outdoor rated load center?

Issue:
Mounting instructions for an outdoor rated QO or HOM load center.

Resolution:
Outdoor rated load centers have pre-drilled mounting holes in the back of the enclosure. If the mounting hole is above live parts, it will have a gasket installed to prevent water entry.
A barrier material is recommended if the device is to be mounted on ACQ (pressure treated) wood products.
The instruction bulletin is attached.
