On a NEMA 3R Switchboard enclosure is it possible to bring the conduit in from the top or the side?

Take the conduit in the top or side of the QED N3R Switchboard

Needs to determine the conduit entry location as to not void the NEMA 3R rating.
Resolution:
Yes, as long as the customer uses the appropriate weather proof connectors/hubs.
