What would cause Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 drive to not start with the terminal inputs on +24 and LI1?

Issue:
Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 drive does not start with the terminal inputs on +24 and LI1.

Product Line:
Altivar 61/71

Environment:
All

Cause:
Drive was in HMI mode with the F4 function key set to T/K.

Resolution:
- Check to see if the Functions keys are assigned to T/K  if so push that Function key to put the drive back in Remote mode.
- If its already in terminal mode check the supply voltage on LI1
- Check Programming in menu 1.6 the command menu to see if the drive is set for terminal control mode.
- Check that the switch SW1 is set for Source.
