Can Powerpact H, J, or L frame breakers be used at frequencies lower than 50 Hz?

Powerpact H, J, and L frame breakers are not intended for 25 Hz systems. The breakers are listed for 50/60 Hz and can be used in applications not requiring UL listing at frequencies up to 400 Hz with significant derating, but we have no permissions or derating factors published for frequencies below 50 Hz.
In Europe, there is a special trip unit available for the IEC counterpart breaker for down to 16 Hz, but it is not available in North America.
