Resolution

Prerequisites:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
- attached as"Windows redist for 6.2 WebGate(ISSetupPrerequisites).zip" in this FAQ
- the password to extract the files is: 12345

There are two folders in this zip file named after their Microsoft unique identifier. Both need to be installed on your PC before installing the WebGate Client Files.
\0BE9572E-8558-404f-B0A5-8C347D145655\ --> contains vcredist_x86.exe (v9.0.30729.17)
\8034C99E-3BC0-4E53-BC6E-02E3D8CF5378\ --> contains vcredist_x86.exe (v6.0.2900.2180)
