Issue:
What is the replacement control station plate for the old 9001D 22 MM operators in a Model 5 motor control center?

Resolution:
Part number 80420-007-05 is the replacement control station plate but the latch is in a different position.   Also order the  latch pin retrofit kit part 8042089350.  The kit includes the template, instruction bulletin, new plate, latch pin and rivet.
