Can I operate the RM22 product at 4000m above sea level?
For RM22 products, the maximum operating altitude is 2000 meters above sea level.
Please note that the electrical signals characteristic of the product is different if the altitudes exceeding above limit. It is necessary to reduce the switching voltage of the product. Below is an example to operate our product at 4000 meters.
Example:
Customer is using our product at 4000 meters altitude. (Refer to the attached file.)
Multiplication factor = 1.29
Altitude < 2000m --- Max. Switching voltage = 250V
Altitude = 4000m --- Max. Switching voltage = 250V / 1.29 = 194V
