What are the specification on the ATV320 Internal +24Vdc power supply?

Resolution:

+24 Vdc, sampling time 2 ms, maximum voltage 30 V, maximum current 100 mA  this supply is used for turning on the logic inputs.

Also note that the P24 is not a input for external supply.   The P24 is a output supply for the STO safe torque off input.
