What would cause the IP address to reset back to all zeros after power cycling on the ATV61 or ATV71 VW3A3327 Profinet option card?

Why does the IP address reset back to all zeros after power cycling the ATV61/ATV71 VW3A3327 Profinet option card?

Force to local is set

Resolution:
Check to see if force to local is turned on if so turn it off and use the ref and command switching in menu 1.6 and 1.7.
