If you have installed Control Expert (formerly named Unity Pro) on a computer that has internet access, a tool called Schneider Electric Software Update (SESU) is installed. You can launch this and it will locate the Hot Fixes.

Hot fixes can also be found at se.com, below is a pre-configured search result link that you can select or copy and paste.
