Are the GV2RT thermal-magnetic circuit breakers suitable to use with IE3 high efficiency moters?

Resolution:
You can use the GV2RT10 for an IE3 motor.  These contactors are compliant for IE3 high efficiency motors and are suitable for protection assuking that the inrush on the motor will not exceed the trip curve for the GV2RT unit selected.  Reference the attached curves.
