Can I use the USB cable to power the M221 for a program download?

Resolution:
Yes, the 5VDC provided by your PC or laptop through the USB cable is enough to power the M221 controller in order to download a SoMachine Basic program to it.
However, you cannot run the controller with only 5VDC.
