Resolution:
The PK6FL door lock kit is used with the covers of the QO and Homeline convertible mains 1ph and 3ph 100 - 225 A INDOOR load centers. It is also used for the fixed mains, 3ph, 125 - 225 A INDOOR load centers.

The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below safety information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.

Danger label

Make sure to turn OFF ALL Power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device, BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment.
1) Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the kit installation by following the instructions.
2) Remove the knockout in the door (E) which is attached to the Front of the cover.
3) Remove the 0.20 in.(50mm) diameter knockout in the cover itself (C).
4) Attach the lock bracket (A) to the cover (C) with the screw (B) in the hole from step 3 as shown in the instructions and torque the screw to 25 lb-in (2.8 N-m).
5) Remove the hex nut (F) from the lock assembly (D) and insert the lock assembly through the knockout in the door (E). Re-attach the hex nut (F) to the Lock assembly from the back side of the door (E) and tighten securely.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH THE KIT AND NEVER WORK ON ENERGIZED EQUIPMENT.
