Why can’t the digital input assignments be changed on ATV630 or ATV930 drives?

Resolution:

On ATV630 and ATV930 drives, the digital input assignments shown in the Input/Output menu are read-only. This means they cannot be modified directly from that menu.

To assign a function to a digital input, you must configure it from the function’s parameter, not from the DI list.

✅ Example: Assign Reverse to DI2

1. Go to: Complete Settings → Command and Reference
2. Find the parameter “Reverse Assign”
3. Set it to DI2

This method applies to all digital input assignments:

• Select the desired function
• Assign the corresponding digital input from within that function
