What would prevent a Control Expert (formerly Unity Pro) Quantum PLC from performing CCOTF successfully?

Resolution:
- In order for CCOTF to perform successfully you need to enable the feature in the PLC configuration prior to initial download.
- The CRP and CRA interfaces must also be using a firmware version capable of performing CCOTF. You can check %SW98 and %SW99 to verify if these interfaces are CCOTF compliant.
