Issue:
Is there a ground fault alarm indicator on the trip unit itself?
Product Line:
Circuit breakers
Environment:
Micrologic 5.0P and 5.0H trip units
Resolution:
No, there is not an indicator on the trip unit itself. Also, the trip unit LCD screen gives no indication when the ground-fault pickup has been reached. The GF alarm can only be indicated by:
1) sending the signal through the M2C or M6C contact block, or
2) reading the GF alarm through Modbus Register if available. See FA306313 for more information on reading ground-fault alarm through Modbus.
3) trip unit alarm history (wrench button, go to history logs, then scroll to alarm history)
