Cannot reset LXM32 servo drive to factory default

Issue:
Cannot reset LXM32 drive to factory default

Product Line:
LXM32, SoMove

Resolution:
If you remove a hardware component from the LXM32 configuration, you cannot do a factory reset unless you acknowledge this change in SoMove.
In SoMove, you need to go to the "Start Up Messages" tab and acknowledge the removal of a hardware module (communication card, encoder card...).
After acknowledging the module removal, you should restart the drive and you should be able to do a factory reset.

There are two parameters, which can be accessed from the built-in HMI, than will reset the drive back to factory defaults.

Setting the drive back to factory defaults will reset the drive to the same state of a new drive. All parameters will be reset.

The two parameters are seen below.
