Resolution:
The TVS4IMA24B1 is a factory installed unit, not available as a stand alone unit. Only the modules can be replaced. Replacement modules for the TVS4IMA24B1 is MAM42, one per phase. To have a new SPD installed please contact SPD TAG at 1-800-577-7353 to have field services retrofit an entire new unit.
