ATV930 drive is getting an Embedded Ethernet Comms failure when connected to the Ethernet IP network.

Issue:
What is an Embedded Ethernet Error on an ATV900 series drive?  Customer is using Ethernet IP communication.

The RSTP function is enabled by default and it not accessible from the HMI
